If you'd like to explore how I might help you with your organizational challenges, please contact me. I will send you a simple questionnaire to fill out and return to me. This will save both of us time and more fully prepare me for our work together.
Initially, we'll begin with a two hour consultation to further clarify the project. Projects typically involve three phases of the organizational process: decisions, implementation, and maintenance. An estimate of the time required for each phase will be provided prior to the start of the project.
